2.2 Membership is free of charge and is effective upon successful registration.

3.1 Members earn 1 point for every SGD 1 spent on eligible purchases made through the Wenya Flora website.

3.2 Points are credited to the member’s account upon order confirmation and payment.

4.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or upgrades to higher membership tiers.

4.2 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5.1 Points earned through the membership are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5.2 Members may not sell or transfer points to another member or individual.
